These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nuevaatlas.com and your purchase of NuevaAtlas digital products. By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
NuevaAtlas provides digital educational and organizational products (such as planners, templates, and systems). You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase.
NuevaAtlas products and content are for educational and organizational purposes only. They are not medical, clinical, psychological, therapeutic, diagnostic, or behavior-analytic services, and they do not constitute professional advice or treatment. NuevaAtlas does not create a provider–patient, therapeutic, or professional relationship. Always consult a qualified professional for medical, psychological, or clinical decisions. You use our products at your own discretion and are responsible for how you apply them.
When you purchase a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for your own personal (or, where applicable, your own internal professional) use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the product, or use it to create a competing product. All content remains the intellectual property of NuevaAtlas.
Prices are shown on the Site and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; by purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms. You agree to provide accurate purchase information and that we may store records of your transactions.
Products are delivered digitally (e.g., download link and/or access to a template) at or shortly after purchase. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email and to have software capable of opening the files (e.g., a PDF reader or Notion account).
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, infringe others' rights, or use the Site or products for any unlawful purpose.
All Site content, branding, designs, and products are owned by NuevaAtlas or its licensors and are protected by law. The NuevaAtlas name and logo may not be used without permission.
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the products will achieve any particular result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NuevaAtlas and its founder, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold NuevaAtlas harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or products or your violation of these Terms.
We rely on third-party services (such as Stripe, email, and hosting providers). We are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
We may modify the Site, products, or these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be posted with a revised effective date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless otherwise required by law.
