Not happy with your purchase? Request a full refund within 14 days — no questions asked.
If a product isn't right for you, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@nuevaatlas.com with your order details and a brief reason. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
We may decline refund requests that show evidence of abuse (for example, downloading the full product and repeatedly requesting refunds, or redistributing the materials).
Email hello@nuevaatlas.com with the name on the order and the email used at checkout. We'll confirm by email once processed.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
